Winery review: Deep ruby red color with violet highlights and a pleasant and fruity bouquet. Full bodied, soft tannins and good acidity. Excellent with pasta dishes and red meats.
My review:I got almost a dark chocolate covered fruit aroma on the nose of this wine. Then upon tasting, I got a raspberry, sour cherry, almost smoky flavor. This wasn't bad for a red wine and would consider trying it again.
This wine was tasted on its own with no food.
